The nearest textual account of the mythology can be found in Publications of the Jesup North Pacific Expedition, (1897–1902), Chukchee mythology, Waldemar Bogoras, et. al, G.E. Stechert, NY, 1905–1930, v. 8, pt. 1.
An approximation of the story reads as follows:
A young girl refused to be married and instead every evening she would sing outside of the tent, "From the lake, O penis, come out! From the lake, O penis, come out!" Then a [mere] penis appeared. She sat down upon it, and she herself copulated with it. At the dawn of the day she went home.
